Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment Advance Booking: All cooking courses must be booked at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 days before the course date. Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card. Payment must be completed before the course begins. 2. Course Details Course Duration: Each cooking course is designed to last approximately 3 hours. This includes instruction, hands-on cooking, and time to enjoy the meal prepared. Location: Courses are hosted at the customer’s location. Please ensure your kitchen is equipped with basic cooking tools and appliances. We will bring any specialty equipment or ingredients required for the course. Participant Limits: Our courses are designed for small groups. The minimum number of participants is 1, and the maximum is 4, to ensure an intimate and engaging learning experience. 3. Pricing and Minimum Charge Course Fees: The cost of each course is fixed and per person and the type of course selected. Overhead Costs: A flat $25 overhead cost is included in the total price to cover transportation and preparation time. 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 3 days before the course date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 3 days of the course date will forfeit the deposit. 5. Course Content and Customization Course Selection: We offer a variety of cooking courses, ranging from traditional French dishes. Please choose your desired course at the time of booking. 6. Kitchen and Clean-Up Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring the kitchen is clean and ready for the course. This includes having a functioning oven, stove, and adequate counter space. Clean-Up: We will clean the workspace we use during the course, leaving your kitchen as we found it. However, clients are responsible for any cleaning beyond the scope of the cooking course, such as dishwashing and trash removal. 7. Liability and Safety Health and Safety: We take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. However, we are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the course. Clients must ensure their kitchen is safe and properly maintained. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking.
