From the moment I took my first bite, I was transported to a quaint French café, savoring the rich flavors and delightful textures that Lucas has perfected.

Lucas is not only a talented chef but  he is a beautiful and genuinely honest man who pours his heart and soul into every galette he makes. You can taste the passion in his creations, which are crafted using high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques. Each galette is a work of art, beautifully golden-brown and crispy on the outside and bursting with flavour on the inside.

I couldn’t decide on what to have as there are so many wonderful flavours on the menu, but I had the pleasure of trying the blue cheese and asparagus galette and the duck confit galette.  I also tried the caramelised apple and salted butter crepe for desert.  The combination was heavenly! The balance of flavours was spot on, and the galettes had just the right amount of crispiness while also remaining tender.  The texture is superb!  They will leave you craving more!
