1 tablespoon of flour (for the ramekins )
30 g of butter (for the ramekins )
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
100 g of butter
80 g of sugar
35 g of flour
150 g of dark baking chocolate
3 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Butter the inside of your ramekins and place them in the fridge for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Sprinkle the insides with flour and turn them over to shake off the excess.
Step 3
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie.
Step 4
Off the heat, add the butter cut into pieces and mix.
Step 5
Whisk the eggs and sugar and add the melted chocolate, vanilla extract and then the flour
very delicately.
Step 6
Divide the mixture into the moulds and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Place the moulds in the oven and cook for 10 min.
Step 8
Serve warm.
